If you have received something damaged, dead on arrival, faulty or items that havebeen incorrectly sent, you can apply for a return and exchange, please send us anemail with copy of the receipt, if goods are damaged, end us photos showing damagedgoods via email to [email protected]
Our Warranty Department will issue you with a Return Authority Number via email.Please allow up to 10 days turnaround for processing. CountDown Deals cannot sendout replacement goods until the faulty items has been received. Goods which arereturned that are not deemed faulty will be returned to the customer.
No Refund or exchange will be provided, if you simply change your mind or choosethe wrong item.
